1. First create a wallet. If you already have a virtual wallet you could proceed to step 2.

MetaMask is a digital wallet used to interact with the Ethereum blockchain, and it allows users to manage their Ethereum (ETH), Ethereum tokens, and interact with decentralized applications (DApps). Here is a simplified guide on how to set up your own MetaMask Wallet:

Visit the official MetaMask website (https://metamask.io) and download the browser extension. MetaMask supports Chrome, Firefox, and Brave browsers. For mobile devices, you can download the MetaMask app from the iOS App Store or Google Play Store.

 Create a New Wallet: Once the extension is installed, click on the MetaMask fox icon in your browser’s toolbar. Click “Get Started” and then “Create a Wallet”. You’ll be given the option to opt-in or out of MetaMask’s data collection, after which you will be prompted to create a new password.

 Secure Your Wallet: After creating a password, MetaMask will reveal your Secret Backup Phrase, which is a list of 12 words. It’s extremely important that you save this phrase somewhere secure and private as it’s your only method of recovering your wallet should you forget your password or lose access to your device. Never share this phrase with anyone.

Confirm Your Secret Backup Phrase: To ensure you’ve saved your Secret Backup Phrase, MetaMask will ask you to enter the words in the correct order. Once this is done, your wallet setup is complete!

Start Using MetaMask: Now that your wallet is set up, you can start interacting with Ethereum and Ethereum-based applications. You can send, receive and store ETH, ERC tokens, and NFTs using MetaMask.

2. Now that you’ve set up your MetaMask wallet, you’re ready to become a part of the Coconut NFT Club. Make sure you have Ethereum (ETH) in your wallet to purchase an NFT. You can buy ETH from exchanges like Coinbase or Binance and transfer it to your MetaMask wallet.
